HUGO BOSS respects your privacy
Providing information to the sales associate such as your address, phone number or email is completely voluntary. It is not required in order to conduct a credit card transaction. If you choose to provide this information to HUGO BOSS, it may be used to contact you about products and events.
Return Policy For Items Purchased At This Location
Eligible Full Price merchandise may be returned with a receipt within 30 days of the date of purchase. Eligible Sale Merchandise may be returned with a receipt within 14 days of purchase. Refunds to be issued to the original form of payment if you return to one of our HUGO BOSS physical store locations. If the return is sent back to our warehouse then a refund may be issued in the form of a check. Any checks will be sent to the billing address provided in the original order. Returns for cancellations on Ship to Store items shall be refunded by check to the billing address provided in the original order. If the original form of payment is not available a Store Credit will be issued. For ship to store or ship to home items, tax is estimated. Adjustments to the estimated tax will be made after shipping takes place, and any refunds for estimated tax will be refunded by check to the billing address provided in the original order. No returns without a receipt will be accepted. Only unaltered, unused, undamaged merchandise with its original tags attached are eligible for return. Bodywear, swimwear, altered merchandise, merchandise sold with a discount of 50% or greater, and any merchandise or receipt marked as Final Sale are Final Sale and not returnable or refundable. Merchandise purchased outside the United States, at a HUGO BOSS Outlet location, or at a store operated by a third party (including Department Stores) are not eligible for return at HUGO BOSS locations.
New, unworn, unaltered merchandise purchased from the HUGO BOSS Online Store may be returned to non-outlet HUGO BOSS store locations within 30 days from the purchase date. Merchandise purchased from the HUGO BOSS Online Store may not be returned to Factory Outlet or Outlet store locations.
Online returns made in store must be accompanied by the receipt included with your order or a copy of your shipping confirmation.

Our HUGO BOSS stores are unable to process refunds for purchases made with PayPal back to your PayPal account and can only be processed for store credit or exchanged for the full amount of the item(s).
