Cancellations / Changes
HUGO BOSS cannot change an order once it has been submitted. If you would like to change your order, you must first cancel the order and place a new one. To cancel an order after it has been submitted, please contact the HUGO BOSS customer service center immediately either by calling 1-800-HUGOBOSS or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
If the order has not yet been processed, a customer service representative will be able to cancel your order and refund your credit card for the full amount. If the order has already been processed and you would still like to cancel your purchase, please follow the return instructions after receiving your package.
